Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how product and membership refund requests are reviewed by KMR Luxe Co.
Products
- Product concerns will be handled in line with applicable Philippine consumer laws.
- Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may be eligible for review.
- Customers may be asked to provide order details, photos, videos, proof of payment, and delivery information.
- Approved resolutions may include replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another fair remedy depending on the case.
Items Not Generally Eligible
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened, used, tampered, or mishandled beauty, wellness, and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless required by law or confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon review.
Membership
- KMR Circle is free.
- KMR Inner Circle membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated.
- If payment was made in error or a duplicate payment occurred, KMR Luxe Co. may review the case and request supporting proof.
